Ingredients 

Ebb & Flow is made with a thoughtful blend of herbs, roots, and fruits traditionally appreciated for supporting clarity, balance, and mindful focus — curated to help you move with waves of brilliance.

• Herbs: spearmint leaf, ginkgo biloba leaf, gotu kola herb
• Roots: turmeric root, chaga mushroom
• Fruits: blueberry pieces, apple pieces, organic
• Natural Sweetness and Flavoring: stevia leaf, peach flavoring

Loose Leaf: Steep 1.5 Tbs in 8oz hot water (212°F) for 5-7 minutes.

Sachet: Place sachet in cup, pour 8oz hot water (212°F), steep 5-7 minutes.
