Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We currently ship to all locations within the U.S. continental and territories. Once shipped, standard delivery is approximately 3-5 days.
International Shipping
At this time, Blu Haven Luxury Teas does not offer international shipping due to the high cost of delivery. However, we are actively working on a viable solution to make our products available worldwide in the near future. Stay connected with us for updates as we expand access to our teas globally.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at info@bluhavenluxuryteas.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
